Hello

Yes, I realise there's already a book with the same title as my blog, but... so what? I'm a lazy man (with provisos I shall supply you with in due course), and I believe Enlightenment is possible, even for a lazy bastard like me. So why the heck should I bother to find a different title, when I like this one?

Actually, I have found another title, but that's for my alter-ego, which is slightly less lazy..

Am I really lazy? That's a good question. I often spend days apparently doing very little... 'wasting time' might be the materialist perception. But strangely, even when I am apparently doing nothing, I'm still becoming more 'me'. There's a vital difference between stillness and stagnation. Stagnation is death. Laziness can be a luxuriant form of life. What's the difference? In a nutshell, it's breath. And that's the glory of it. All you have to do is breathe. Consciously. For a second. After a few goes, it gets easier to breathe consciously, with very, very little effort. And every time you breathe consciously, you get one step lighter..

You're feeling your being.

A layer of unconsciousness is dissolved.

Welcome to you!

And the great thing is, you can do this when you're doing nothing at all. Lying in bed or in the bath. Enjoy it (if you can); after all, you live in the youniverse..
